Business Support Coordinator
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to work for our client based at their site in on the Isle of Wight.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing purchasing transactions and creating purchase orders and invoices.
* Log any missed waste collections and to manage the Garden Waste Collections.
* Supporting the Maintenance, Finance, Trade and Operations with administrative requirements.
* Supporting with the issuance of permits for trade businesses.
* Data entry into Excel.
* Responsible for creating daily and weekly reports.
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Resilient and able to handle high workloads.
* Excellent team player with strong communication skills
* Ability to pick up new information quickly.
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
Pay rate: £12.00PH
