As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to our client's helpdesk. Your key responsibilities will include resolving phone queries, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the implementation of training guides, policies, and procedures. You will play a vital role in maintaining a high level of communication and accuracy at all times, whilst also working towards important deadlines.

Here's what a typical day as a Business Support Administrator might look like:

- Promptly answering incoming calls and identifying their purpose.
- Resolving queries by providing the most relevant solution in line with training guides and procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to queries via telephone or email in a timely manner.
- Returning voicemail recordings on a daily basis.
- Contacting training providers about outstanding spot checks and queries on at least a weekly basis.
- Undertaking quality checks by proofreading cards and ensuring customer/provider satisfaction.
- Contacting training providers with outstanding packs that are due to expire within a 7-day timeframe.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient production of registrations within a maximum 48-hour turnaround.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to handle calls efficiently while respecting client confidentiality. Additionally, you should be able to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in your work.
