Role: Business Support Administrator
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £11.44ph (Monday to Friday HYBRID WORKING, Wednesday and Friday from home)
Contract: Temp
Multitask Personnel are working alongside a housing association who are looking to increase their support team on a temporary basis, we are assisting them in finding a Business Support Administrator based in Doncaster. This is a HYBRID WORKING role, where you will be based in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and at home Wednesday and Friday.
As a Business Support Administrator you will:
- Providing Administrative support services to colleagues across the company
- Assist the Business Support TL to maintain effective systems and processes
- Scan, index and archive documents
- Carry out documents searches as required.
What we are looking for in a Business Support Administrator:
- Experience of working within defined criteria and polices and procedures
- Experience of handling confidential and sensitive information
- Experience of administrative work gained in a busy office environment
