The school is looking to take on a driven Business Study Teacher on a short term and long term placements supporting children with their education. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including exam preparation for GCSE students. This role will be paramount in empowering and inspiring students to achieve excellent results in the subject, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning. Working as a Business Study Teacher you will need to be highly motivated and a skilled practitioner who is looking to join a thriving school.
Have a relevant Qualification (QTS)
Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in an educational setting
Are an excellent communicator and have a natural ability to work and build rapports with young people
Have good knowledge of child protection and safeguarding guidelines (up-to-date DBS + registered on the Update Service is desirable)
The ability to work collaboratively as well as taking ownership of own workload
