Position - Business Studies Teacher
Location - Canterbury
Start Date - September 2024
Tradewind Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Business Studies Teacher to work at a mixed comprehensive school in the Canterbury area from September 2024!
The role:
Plan and deliver exciting Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4
Inspire and motivate students with proven teaching strategies to ensure success
Assess and monitor the progress of students ensuring effective support is put in place where necessary
Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Business Studies curriculum and DepartmentRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
Proven experience of teaching Business Studies across KS3 and KS4
Be willing to teach some Computer Science lessons when required
Excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure the best possible learning environment
Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
