Are you passionate about preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our client as a Business Studies Teacher in Hertfordshire, starting in September.

As a Business Studies Teacher, you'll play a key role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills to thrive in the world of commerce and enterprise. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact, inspire innovation, and foster a culture of entrepreneurship among young learners.

Business Studies Teacher Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and relevant business studies lessons that cover a range of topics, including marketing, finance, management, and entrepreneurship.
Utilize real-world examples, case studies, and interactive activities to bring business concepts to life and demonstrate their practical application in the modern economy.
Implement the national curriculum effectively, incorporating both theoretical concepts and practical skills development to prepare students for further education and careers in business.
Assess student progress through a variety of assessment methods, including exams, projects, presentations, and simulations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to explore ideas, take risks, and develop their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular links, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Relevant university degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience within UK schools is required for candidates holding an overseas teaching degree.

This is a contract role paying to scale.
