Role Overview: Integra Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join this well-regarded secondary school. This is a full-time position starting in September, with the contract running until the end of the academic year. You will be joining a close-knit team of professionals who are committed to providing an outstanding education and supporting each other.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
* Participate in CPD training and development opportunities provided by Integra Education.
Requirements:
* Teaching qualification (QTS preferred).
* Experience working in a secondary school setting is essential.
* Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
* Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies.
* Confident, adaptable, and able to engage students effectively.
* Open to considering Early Career Teacher (ECT) CVs.
