Purpose of the Job - Business Services Admin
Coordinate and support a range of administrative and business support functions across the department.
Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments to ensure efficient scheduling and effective use of time.
Monitor workloads, track deadlines, and provide administrative support to help achieve team objectives and service standards.
Update internal systems accurately, ensuring records, documentation, and information are maintained in a timely manner.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation while supporting effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the delivery of excellent customer service by maintaining efficient processes, resolving administrative queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations
