Salary: £45,478 potential to rise to £53,504 over 3 years

We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Business Readiness Manager to join our Customer Engagement team. As part of the Digital Commerce team, reporting into the Principal Business Readiness Manager, you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of business processes to successfully integrate our digital commerce capability into both business and customer environment by leading readiness activities and ensuring the business are prepared for the changes, as well as creating materials to support the user experience once the change is implemented.

Every day you will … 

Analyse business processes and stakeholders, mapping out and assessing areas of the organisation that will be impacted due change of current and future digital commerce projects and change.

Conduct detailed gap analysis on areas of impact, understand and communicate risk of no action and effort required to deliver.

Define actions needed, owners, impacted users (internal and external), timeline and KPI’ to support implementation of digital commerce changes.

Effectively communicate to stakeholders (internal and external) actions required, confirming resource is available to support within given timelines.

Ensure quality of implementation, monitoring and management to ensure timelines are met and escalate appropriately any blockers.

Embed the new ways of working/processes, including training and measuring success.

Support on the resolution of readiness and adoption related risks and issues, and associated actions.

Ensuring that business readiness and adoption activities are built into the governance frameworks for change delivery.

Gain feedback and actionable insight to assist the digital commerce product owner/product management team validate assumptions.
