Business Readiness Analyst
Glasgow

As a Barclays Business Readiness Analyst, you will support the delivery of legal projects within Barclays. In this role, you will work within the legal technology department, liaising with senior stakeholders, development teams as well as internal compliance and governance teams. This is an exciting opportunity to also be responsible for user stories, project work streams, support testing as well as general business analyst duties.

What will you be doing?
• Conducting Business Analysis activities (elicit requirements, document as user stories, support testing etc)
• Conducting business readiness aspects of project work streams including: 
• Ensuring that the target operating model (TOM) and associated processes are outlined and adhered to throughout project implementation
• Creating & managing the overarching change management/business readiness approach for each project, like setting KPIs to track engagement & implementation success
• Managing and facilitating business User Acceptance Testing for each release to ensure developed technology meets requirements but to ensuring equirements are captured 
• Directing business readiness programs and activities to confirm critical stakeholders (network of key leaders, influencers, SMEs) are prepared to absorb the changes 
• Being responsible for the creation and delivery of training materials including, written guides, and videos to support all learning types and to drive home adoption
• Drafting internal and external comms and ensuring they are signed off and delivered as per the business readiness plan

What we’re looking for:
• Proven track record of working on successful projects as a change business analyst
• Excellent Business Analysis skills, including attention to detail and ability to produce learning and communications materials to the highest standard
• Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
• Proven track record of working on successful projects as a change business analyst

Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Significant change management experience (training, communication, business support, running business UAT)
•    Proven track record of working on successful projects as a change business analyst
•    Strong Business Analysis skills, including attention to detail and ability to produce learning and communications materials to the highest standard
•    Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
