The Opportunity:

 

The FIE Business Process Associate supports the PCGI business verticals (Sales, Service, and/or PCA). This includes completing operational tasks and researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements. The Business Process Associate works closely with Business Analysts to understand, analyze, and validate business requests, and is responsible for documenting business processes and requirements.

 

The Day-to-Day:

Oversees assigned operational tasks to completion

Identifies, creates, and develops documentation for group and the business as applicable

Supports the growth of the business through various projects

Follows group and firm policies and procedures

Identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions

Identifies elevations and routes appropriately

Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents

Additional responsibilities may include:

Collaborates with project managers and project sponsors

Translates conceptual user requirements into functional requirements

Assists the business in the development of training material

Assists QA in the development of test plans as well as postproduction testing

Documents change based on required business needs

Contributes to centralized documentation system for managing and maintaining documents

Partners with Business Analysts on projects

Monitors and assists with change management in systems and applications pre and post rollouts including QA and training

Contributes to the planning, scoping and managing of less complex projects

Demonstrates ability to translate a problem or process visually

Your Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

High level of attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office software
