You will be supporting the Business Systems Manager in maintaining and planning/managing small change activity across the core back-office systems in finance, procurement, and people & organizational development (POD). In addition, administer specialist projects, risk and time sheeting systems providing day to day support and adopting best practice methodology across the organization.

About the role:

Support the Business Systems Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with core business systems suppliers.
Adhoc risk management administration support.
Undertake periodic system data reviews and work closely with system suppliers to refresh and maintain clean and accurate data within both live and test environments.
Provide first line incident management support for core business systems. Manage incident and change escalations across systems by monitoring ticket activity with core system suppliers.
To assist with the preparation and execution of the team’s objectives, budgets, and financial records.Ideal Candidate:

Experience of systems administration.
Strong planning and organisational attributes.
Relevant experience such as Account Management, Risk Management, and Project Support.
Finance, Procurement & HR systems experience desirable.
Project Management qualification desirable.
