We are currently seeking a highly experienced Business Manager to join a reputable dealership in Chelmsford, Essex.
This position offers a significant opportunity for a professional with a strong background in automotive sales and finance to contribute to the success of a respected dealership.
The successful individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and driving vehicle sales through effective team leadership.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximise vehicle sales
Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists and external partners to optimise sales opportunities
Provide expert financial guidance to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
Ensure all activities comply with dealership policies and industry standards
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive finance products and credit optionsRequirements of a Business Manager:
Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within the motor trade
Strong communication and customer service skills
In-depth understanding of finance products and credit solutions
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
Full UK driving license
