We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join a well-established car dealership in Walton on Thames on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to take on a leadership role within a reputable dealership, contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Support and coach sales executives to meet individual and team targets
Identify suitable funding, insurance, and finance options for customers, maintaining high standards of compliance
Explain financial and insurance products accurately and in accordance with regulations
Monitor finance and insurance performance to ensure objectives are met
Assist in planning, forecasting, and developing dealership strategies
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Uphold the dealership’s standards of compliance and fair treatment of customersRequirements of the Business Manager:
Proven experience as a Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of financial and insurance products, regulations, and compliance
Excellent coaching and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
