Who we need

The purpose of this role is to develop and teach on the Business related programmes. You will be teaching across a range of levels and qualifications including BTEC and T Level in Management and Administration, the equivalent to A Levels.

* Would you like to be at the forefront of leading our T Level in Management and Administration

The successful candidate will work within our highly successful Business curriculum and will lead and teach across our Business provision.

You will be responsible for ensuring that courses meet learner needs, industry standards and awarding body requirements. You will have teaching experience and be able to demonstrate experience of working within quality systems and procedures.

What you’ll bring

The successful candidates will have passion, drive, determination and vision that shine through to create outstanding learning opportunities. They will have excellent communication skills, have empathy, understanding and the ability to inspire and engage young people to excel and achieve their learning goals.

Essential

* Able to travel between sites

* Experience of working in a FE environment

* Qualified to degree level or equivalent in related subject area

* Holds a teaching qualification
