Are you an experienced Business Lecturer with a passion for delivering engaging and informative lessons?
Do you have experience teaching BTEC Business at Level 2 and Level 3?
Are you confident in supporting students to achieve their academic goals and develop practical business knowledge?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Further Education college based in Slough, which is looking to appoint a dedicated Business Lecturer. The college provides vocational education and training, offering students the opportunity to develop their knowledge, practical skills and confidence in preparation for further study or employment.
The college is looking to recruit a Business Lecturer on a full-time, temporary basis, with an ASAP start.
The successful Business Lecturer will deliver BTEC Business qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support learners in achieving their qualifications.
The successful Business Lecturer will have:
A relevant degree or qualification in Business or a related subject
A recognised teaching qualification, such as PGCE, CertEd or equivalent, is desirable
Experience delivering BTEC Business at Level 2 and Level 3
Strong knowledge of BTEC assessment requirements and vocational learning
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to student development
