Are you a meticulous and strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and regulatory compliance? This role demands a candidate with a proven track record in sectors such as nuclear, MOD, or airlines, where precision and adherence to stringent standards are the norm.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust working knowledge of EASA, CAA, or MII Equivalent Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations. This expertise is crucial in ensuring that all business practices align with the highest levels of industry compliance and continuous improvement methodologies.

What will you be doing?

* Investigate root cause of audit findings, quality escapes, non conformances, Maintenance Occurrence Reports and safety reports

* Define, along with other stakeholders the means to return to a compliant state, implement corrective actions and follow up to measure the success

* Define competency and training programs for the Operations team to ensure that we have optimised our capability versus the business needs

* Implement process improvements and workplace standardisation inline with 5S type standards.

What will you bring to the party?

* Excellent G Suite skills essential

* Experience of working in a highly regulated industry (nuclear, mod, airline experience or NHS)

* Understanding of use and management of a Safety Management System and a Quality management System.

* Strong Program Management skills.

* Experience of leading (or participating in) root cause analysis investigations

* Degree level qualification in engineering, aerospace or operations management

* Working understanding of EASA or CAA or MIl equivalent Part 145 and Part CAMO regulations.

* Six Sigma Green or Black belt, or equivalent qualification
