Role Description

We are seeking a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across our diverse portfolio, which includes but is not limited to the Care, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Aviation, and Recruitment sectors.

This is a full-time role based out of our Stockley Park office. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, executing end-to-end sales strategies, delivering powerful presentations, and managing key accounts to secure high-value business conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Active Prospecting: Confidently source potential clients, manage high-volume calls, and execute strategic follow-ups via phone and email.

* Full-Cycle Sales: Drive new business development from lead generation to closing, consistently targeting high-billing opportunities.

* Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers.

* Sector Expansion: Promote AESN’s tailored staffing solutions across multiple sectors simultaneously.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven Track Record: At least 3 years of successful business development and growth experience within the UK recruitment or staffing sectors.

* Industry Focus: Previous experience as a BDM/Consultant supplying to Healthcare, Residential Care, Hospitality, Education, or corporate industries is essential.

* High-Performance Background: Proven experience in a high-billing or high-revenue target position with a hunger to achieve uncapped earnings.

* Network: Pre-existing professional connections and networks within the London market are highly advantageous.

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a background in public or personal relations preferred.

* Autonomy: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to deliver high performance.

* Mobility: Must hold a clean UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle (Willingness to travel up to 50%).

* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

* Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and getting business targets fulfilled. If hired, you will be responsible to co-ordinate, train and lead teams; working in a team of 3 to 4 people, reporting to the Director.

* Ready to work all-hands-on-deck: We are looking for someone who can not just lead a team but also ready to work on field, make calls, emails if needed.
