You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and working closely with colleagues across Sales and Marketing to create a seamless and supportive experience for our prospects and clients.

* Build long-term relationships through consistent, personalised follow-ups.

* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Industry teams to ensure smooth and supportive handovers.

* Use our technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Bombora, Lusha, and others) to organise work and gain insights.

* Accurately record interactions in our CRM and help improve data quality.

* Reflect on performance data to continuously refine outreach approaches and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply. If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

* Experience or interest in business development, sales, marketing, or client engagement.

* Strong research and communication skills, with attention to detail.

* Confidence building relationships and having meaningful conversations.

* Comfort working with data and technology (or willingness to learn).

* A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working cross-functionally.

* A proactive, organised approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
