Business Development Representative
£29,000–£32,000 + Commission | Yorkshire & Remote
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Representative to join a growing business within the contractor payroll and workforce solutions sector.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in generating new business, prospecting for clients, booking meetings and building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and identify new business opportunities
* Make outbound calls and engage with prospective clients
* Book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager
* Build and maintain relationships with prospects
* Follow up on leads and generate new opportunities
* Help grow the company’s presence across Yorkshire
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially driven and motivated by winning new business. Previous sales, business development or recruitment experience would be advantageous, but attitude and ambition are equally important.
You’ll be proactive, resilient, target-driven and keen to develop your career.
