Business Development Representative
* £30,000 per annum basic
* £5000 annual performance bonus, paid quarterly
* NG1, NO parking
Due to internal promotion our client, a specialist professional services organisation with a reputation for providing the highest quality of service, are keen to appoint a skilled Sales Development Representative!
You will engage new business opportunities which will support the growth of the overall Business Development team.
You’ll be a natural self-starter with a flair for communication. This is a B2B role so you will be able to communicate effectively with different clients, from larger corporate organisations through to smaller scale operations.
Duties:
* Calling new potential clients with the aim of booking new business appointments
* Qualifying prospects to a high level to offer the best chance of conversion
* Maintaining CRM system with accurate data
* Building and managing a pipeline
* Working closely with the Account Management team to identify areas of opportunity.
* Researching new potential targets
* Following up marketing / networking events

* You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can build effective relationships with a variety of audiences, through a confident and positive attitude.
* You’ll be resilient, effectively handling objections.
* You will have the ability to identify what keeps the customer awake at night with the talent to link them to areas of our business that can add value.

Previous experience selling within the professional services or recruitment market would be desirable
