We're Hiring: IFS is actively seeking FOUR enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to become key players in our growth strategy, located in our cutting-edge office in Staines upon Thames. If you're passionate about technology and eager to drive business in an innovative cloud services environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Our modern, dynamic co-working hub in picturesque Staines upon Thames is more than just an office. It's a place where technology and comfort converge, featuring state-of-the-art facilities and comprehensive amenities including free breakfast, lunch, and unlimited tea and coffee from our on-site canteen, along with ample parking.

Salary & Benefits: A competitive starting salary of £35,000 with the potential to earn up to £20,000 in bonuses. Our office is not only about work; we have an on-site gym, scenic paths along the Thames for walks, and showers to refresh and recharge.

Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative, your main focus will be to identify and research potential clients within a specific industry vertical. You are responsible for overseeing about 100 clients, pinpointing key stakeholders, and initiating strategic engagements through various communication channels like emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls to drive the initial stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform in-depth market and client research to identify new business opportunities.

* Develop and maintain an accurate list of prospects to track and manage client engagement.

* Craft and execute outreach strategies to effectively communicate IFS's value proposition.

* Collaborate closely with senior BDRs and account executives to facilitate the early phases of the sales cycle.

Ideal Candidate:

* Energetic, driven, with a strong interest in technology and business development.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across various platforms.

* No previous sales experience or degree required; we value determination, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence.

* Strong analytical abilities for effective market and client research.

Career Progression: This entry-level opportunity is designed to cultivate your skills in a supportive environment. Typically, you'll spend 18-24 months in this role, learning the ins and outs of our products and the market, preparing you for future advancement within our sales teams.

Office Environment:

* Office-based role with a requirement to be onsite four days per week.

* Facilities include free parking, electric car charging points, and bike racks.

* Ideally looking for Car Drivers with a full UK driving license or those within a 30-minute train ride from South West London
