This well established print manufacture is a provider of high-quality printed materials from small format digital to large format graphics. It’s looking to expand and take on a salesperson who can target the retail and hospitality sectors in and around London.

You will be responsible for driving print sales revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships.  Leveraging your industry knowledge and understanding of your client needs, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, presenting the print capabilities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads within the retail and hospitality sectors in London through targeted outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital channels to sell the businesses range of printed services.

Present and promote the businesses print services, including posters, menus, brochures, and promotional materials, to clients through engaging sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

Collaborate with internal teams, including graphic designers, production staff, and project managers, to develop customized print solutions that align with client specifications, brand guidelines, and project timelines.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that maximize revenue and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for print expertise.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape within the retail and hospitality sectors to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular updates and reports to management.

Person Specification:

Proven track record of success in print sales, preferably within the retail and hospitality sectors or related industries.

Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and applications

Ability to articulate value propositions effectively to clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and negotiate effectively with clients.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
