Job Title: Business Development Manager – Underfloor Heating

Area to be covered: M4 corridor - Swindon to Swansea / M5 corridor - bottom of Birmingham – Exeter
Remuneration: £50,000 + uncapped commission giving OTE £70,000 first year

The role of the Business Development Manager – Underfloor Heating will involve:
* Business Development Manager position promoting the design, supply & install of underfloor heating and screeding solutions
* Targeting projects such as: Schools, Hospitals and Prisons
* All of your time will be spent targeting mechanical contractors, M&E contractors & main contractors such as: FP Hurley, Kier, Morgan Sindall and Balfour Beattie
* Circa £3m turnover target year one
* 1/3 account management, 2/3 new business
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Underfloor Heating with:
* Must have underfloor heating sales experience
* Must have sold to and contacts with mechanical & main contractors
* Ideally screed knowledge, either a CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS accreditation (not essential)
* Must have a professional & personable manner both on the phone and in person
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
* Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
* Self-motivated, confident, resilient, driven and ambitious
