The Role

A unique and exciting opportunity of Business Development Manager for a leading provider of retail store solutions. You will consultatively sell an expansive portfolio of products into large multi-million pound projects across new and existing retail chains both food and non-food and hospitality venue role outs, including bars, restaurants and hotels. As a valued partner, you will sell them solutions that increase their store efficiency, consumer engagement, sales revenue, competitive advantage and profitability.

Experience Required

You will be an experienced high calibre successful sales professional that is selling a product that is specified into new and existing Tier 1 high street stores and hospitality chains. As their Business Development Manager you will be focused on increasing project sales working closely with multiple stakeholders within these retailers and hospitality providers from the inception through to delivery of multi million pound international project specifications rolled out across the clients physical estate both UK and internationally.

The Company

They are an established provider of retail store solutions specified with new and refurbished high street retail store and hospitality chains. Their Business Development Managers come from a variety of sales backgrounds, but all are known as being a valued partners to their retail and hospitality end user clients, offering them advanced project consultation from blank sheet concepts, to trials and then seamless delivery across chain roll outs on multi million pound projects.

The Package

Initial indications from the client are a base salary of between £65,000 to £80,000 depending on your experience and proven performance in selling technology into leading retailers and hospitality providers. An uncapped OTE of over £110,000 is achievable although there are existing Business Development Managers earning in excess of this amount. This extensive package also comes with a company car / allowance, laptop, mobile phone, private health care and pension.
