An industry leader in security solutions company who have experienced significant growth are looking for an experienced, hungry and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Sales Team.

As a Business Developer, you will manage existing client relationships while driving retention rates and increasing revenue. With strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, you will be a key member of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively acquire new customers, both direct and indirect.

Maintain existing customers by meeting their needs and building trust.

Strategically develop and expand business relationships.

Analyse customer data to explore sales potential.

Maintain data on the CRM system.

Identify and develop customised solutions.

Create, calculate, and follow up on offers.

Negotiate and finalise contracts.

Present convincing solutions to potential customers.

Support customers during project execution, working closely with project managers.

What You Need:

Demonstrable B2B account management experience.

Strong track record of identifying customer needs and implementing long-term solutions.

Excellent customer satisfaction record.

Strong communication skills: ability to passionately communicate, collaborate, and rally others.

Experience in consultative, project, and solution sales based on customer needs.

Experience managing product, solution, and service projects.

Negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Minimum requirements: university degree, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, experience in the security or access control sector.
