Hi Vis Hire, Specialist Recruiters for the Hire industry currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join an Independent Welfare Hire company to build and develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities across Scotland.
Covering Scotland and ideally based in the central belt, you will already be an experienced sales professional with a strong knowledge of the Hire Industry and the construction sector who can maximise sales, identify vertical markets for the welfare hire industry, manage margin expectations, minimise debt risk and build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
Ideally you will come from a Hire background and will understand the marketplace, customers and competitors and have the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
You will be encouraged to develop original strategies, ideas and solutions and take ownership of the sales process.
