Business Development Manager – Pharma / Med-Tech / Bio-Tech
Location: UK - Homebased
Salary: Up to £65,000 + commission

You're an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager/ Account Manager experienced in the world of new business sales in the Pharma/ Med-Tech/ Bio-Tech or Agency industry.
You're naturally positive and motivated by gaining the trust of customers by selling solutions to help them achieve their own growth strategies, whilst also achieving your own personal goals and targets.

As our BDM, ultimately your role is to deliver new business sales in line with our annual target. This role will be working with both existing and new clients to increase our number of clients.
Our fantastic SSD (Specialist Share Data) product range enables customers to accurately understand the competitive landscape within their given therapy area.
On a day-to-day basis, this Business Development Manager role includes:
* Attending client meetings whether they be in-person or virtual.
* Building an accurate and true.
* Delivering sales & revenue in line with target.
* Working across different functions and teams to drive cross-product sales.
* Building your understanding of client goals and strategies.
* Maintaining accurate Salesforce records.
* Creating compelling proposals.
* Working with our Product and Marketing teams to influence campaigns and product development.
* Working with the wider SSD team to ensure we exceed client expectations.
It’s essential you have experience in the following:
* Pharma/ Med-Tech/ Bio-Tech or Agency/ B2B experience.
* Strong new business sales experience at a senior level, including C-suite.
* Demonstrable experience of achieving sales targeting YOY.
* A positive mindset with a clear understanding of new business creation.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM (preferably SalesForce).
It would be great if you had:
* Strong interest in healthcare landscape and NHS.
* Product or brand management experience in Pharma/ Med-Tech/ Bio-Tech.
