Business Development Manager
London (Hybrid)
£40,000 - £60,000 | OTE £60,000 - £80,000

Negotiable holiday package + bank holidays + car allowance + phone + laptop

The Company:

One of the leading names in the entertainment lighting industry, with over 700 employees internationally and one of the largest portfolios of moving heads and intelligent lighting fixtures worldwide.

Their renowned product range is used in venues, theme parks, and film studios across more than 100 countries.

The Role:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting sales, and managing accounts for organisations within the events, entertainment, and film and TV sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales strategies and innovative methods to generate new business
Conduct product demonstrations of moving head lights and LED lighting fixtures for potential clients
Collaborate with resellers to facilitate the sale of LED screens to end users
Network and attend industry events to expand personal connections and open up new opportunities
Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
Work independently with a strong, goal-oriented work ethic to achieve results
Participate in sales meetings as needed
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the AV or entertainment lighting sector
Proven track record of selling to audio visual rental companies, venues, theatres, or the film and TV industries
Confident new business hunter with a history of meeting and exceeding targets
Full UK Driving Licence
In Return:

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000 with on target earnings of between £60,000 - £80,000. They will also receive a competitive car allowance and have all travel expenses covered. The holiday package is negotiable and can be tailored to individual needs.

This role is primarily remote-based, with a combination of working from home and visiting clients on-site.
