The role of the Business Development Manager – Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out will involve:
* Field sales position selling the design, supply and installation of commercial interiors & fit out
* All of your time will be spent selling to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
* Wide range of order values depending on size and scope
* Turnover target circa £400k-£500k first year looking to grow to £1m in the next three years
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out with:
* Must have commercial interiors, office furniture or fit-out sales experience
* Must have sold to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
* Must have contacts within the industry
* Driven, resilient self starter
* Trustworthy, able to work autonomously
