Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in HVAC or Refrigeration, looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a growing territory and play a key role in developing new and existing business?

Do you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities and working alongside engineers to provide customers with tailored technical solutions?

The company are a specialist HVAC and refrigeration business providing installation, maintenance, repair and upgrade solutions to residential and commercial customers across the Kent and London area.

With a strong reputation for technical expertise, responsive service and energy-efficient solutions, the business is continuing to grow and is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to support its expansion.

This is a highly customer-focused role suited to a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys being out on the road, developing relationships and converting opportunities into long-term accounts.

The Role:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the HVAC and Refrigeration market
Prospect for new customers through networking, lead generation, market research and proactive outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients
Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services
Arrange and attend customer meetings, site visits and presentations
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentationsThe Person:

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
Background in the HVAC or Refrigeration industry
