Job Title: Business Development Manager – Temporary Steel Props

Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000 + commission giving OTE of circa £65,000 - £70,000

The role of the Business Development Manager – Temporary Steel Props will involve:
* Business development field based position selling the hire and sale temporary steep prop for formwork & structural applications
* All of your time will be spent selling to hire shops / distributors such as: Speedy Hire, HSS Hire, Travis Perkins and Brandon Hire
* Turnover target will be determined on experience
* Typical order values will be around £5k+
* Majority of your time will be business development
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Temporary Steel Props experience with:
* Must have construction field sales experience
* Ideally from a equipment hire background however open for the right person
* Ideally contacts within hire shops such as: Speedy, HSS and Brandons
* Comfortable liaising on construction sites
* Must have the desire / hunger to thrive in a sales role with bags of enthusiasm
* Reliable, trustworthy and organised
* Money hungry, motivated and ambitious
