* Proposal & Pitch Delivery: Prepare commercial proposals, cost benefit analyses, and formal sales presentations for key business decision-makers.

* Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a high-volume, structured sales pipeline within CRM software, tracking prospects accurately through to close.

* Contract Negotiation: Commercial negotiation of service level agreements and contracts to secure long-term client retention and revenue.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly alongside dedicated technical survey engineers and field service teams to ensure seamless solution handover post-sale.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

* Commercial Expertise: Strong closing skills, commercial acumen, and a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.

* Technical Familiarity: Clear understanding of market offerings across business telephony, IP security systems, commercial Wi-Fi, and structured cabling solutions.

* Self-Motivated: Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage time effectively in a field-based sales role.

* Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (essential for field site visits).

What The Role Offers

* Base Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 basic salary.

* Uncapped Earnings: OTE via a lucrative, uncapped commission structure.

* Engineering Support: Full technical site survey backing from in-house engineers so you can focus 100% on sales generation.

* Career Growth: Clear progression pathways within an expanding technology provider
