Location: Sevenoaks (Hybrid / Field-based)
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance

Our client, a growing organisation within the B2B services sector, is hiring a Business Development Manager to support its expanding commercial function. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales career within a collaborative environment, working with qualified leads and building strong client relationships.
What you’ll do:
Manage and develop inbound and marketing-generated leads
Build relationships with prospective clients across B2B markets
Support the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand requirements
Work closely with marketing and senior leadership to support growth initiatives
You’ll work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to help shape client engagement and contribute to overall commercial success.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a business development or sales role with a track record of supporting revenue growth
Exposure to B2B environments, ideally within facilities, property services or a related sector
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with the confidence to support negotiations
Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities in a hybrid environment
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and develop within a supportive, fast-paced team.
