The Role

Reporting to: Associate Director
Location: Warrington (in-office)

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships and generating new business across the construction and engineering sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and market mapping
Building relationships with decision-makers across construction and engineering businesses
Conducting client meetings both on-site and at head offices
Identifying live projects and recruitment requirements
Negotiating commercial terms and rates
Managing and growing client accounts
Working closely with our resourcing team to deliver outstanding service and successful placements
Maintaining accurate records and activity through our CRM system (Recruitly)
