Job Details

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. By identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and developing strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in achieving our company's sales objectives and driving long-term success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Identify and prioritise new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable and align with company goals.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the commercial cleaning or related industry.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
