Architectural Metalwork & Engineered Building Products

A leading designer & fabricator of bespoke façades, balconies, balustrades, canopies & architectural metalwork are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager.
The successful candidate will have a track record of selling engineered construction products into large UK residential developers and main contractors.
This is a project-led sales role focused on securing high-value residential developments across the UK.
We are specifically looking for experience selling products such as:
* Architectural metalwork
* Balconies & balustrades
* Façade / cladding systems
* Glazing or façade fixing systems
* Timber frame or bespoke joinery systems
* Structural Steel
* Bespoke Fabricated Packages
Must Have Requirements
* Strong relationships within UK residential developers & contractors
* Track record of selling into large Housing Developers
* Proven ability to win complex, high-value projects
* Experience managing projects through the construction lifecycle (RIBA 4–7)
* Commercially driven with strong technical understanding
