Location: Newport

Salary: Basic Salary of around £25,000 OTE £50,000 - £60,000 Uncapped

Contract: Full Time 35-40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Stephens Oil is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to prospect & convert new customers as well as account manage and develop current / lapsed customers.

The role would include -

* Managing a portfolio of existing commercial customers

* Attract and sell to new customers

* Managing margins & driving volumes across both new & existing customers

* Re- activating lapsed customers

The successful candidate would demonstrate -

* Sales & business development experience

* A self starter - working through their own initiative

* Hard working and hungry to increase revenue

* Good interpersonal skills

* Energy & drive

* Commercial focus

* Team Player

This is mainly an office based sales role however, on occasions there will be a requirement to visit customers at their premises. Therefore use of your own transport is essential (mileage will be paid). A company mobile phone will be provided.
