Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - OTE of £70,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for a highly regarded lead generation specialist business within the financial services industry. This role will play a key part in identifying and growing new business opportunities alongside nurturing existing relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Proactively drive new partner opportunities across the financial services market, identifying, growing and nurturing business relationships resulting in portfolio expansion.
Work cross functionally with internal teams to ensure maximum results within Business Development
Market analysis - through social media, networking and events identify potential new business opportunities
Sustain and bolster connections with current clientele, prioritizing ongoing communication and upholding superior service standards.
Upselling of services and maximising potential with existing clients
Skills & Requirements
Experienced and well adept in Business Development with a proven track record within the Financial Services industry
A driven, ambitious individual who strives for success and is hungry for results
Degree qualified is desirable
A strong understanding of digital marketing is a benefit
