The Company:
Theo James Recruitment are proud to be representing an award-winning, established food manufactuer that have been trading for over 30 years. They have recently spent a lot of investment on their state of the art factory to keep in line with the demand for their product! With big growth plans in place, they are looking to add 2 heads to the sales team to help achieve their goals.
Job Description:
This role will entail field-based sales to a variety of customers, identifying leads and working with clients all the way through to completion of orders. They are looking for someone that is charismatic and can be as passionate about the product as they are!
Skills & experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of field sales experience within a manufacturing environment- Food/FMCG background desirable
* Full UK driving licence with the willingness and ability to travel across the UK
* Ability to have a strong understanding of products to sell to a variety of businesses as well as an understanding of market trends
* Ability to work independently to seek sales opportunities and convert leads
* Excellent communication skills, a passionate and driven individual that is looking for a successful career within sales
