Salary: £30K

Office Location - Vauxhall

Field Based - London and surrounding areas

Hours: 40 hours a week. This role will be office based 1 day (Monday) and 4 days field based

Bonus: performance-related bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Drive field sales and create demand in different sectors of the food retail industry
Develop and implement a sales strategy
Account manage and upsell with existing clients
Find and drive new business sales
Build unbreakable relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring excellent customer service.
Fulfil distribution, availability, and visibility targets
Maximise brand awareness and educate clients about exciting new product opportunities
Work autonomously, managing your own workload and delivering weekly reports and detailed plans

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales environment is beneficial
Experience or an interest in food and snacking is beneficial
A passion for their brand and a drive to succeed
Agility, flexibility, and an understanding of the ever-changing needs of a startup
Knowledge of the UK snacking sector or FMCG is a bonus but not essential
