Up to £50K plus OTE

Luton

A UK leading, high-growth MSP is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Oxford!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and fostering client relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and deliver maximum value.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform business strategies.
Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development, with experience in the IT sector or related industries preferred.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of sustainable IT solutions.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving positive change.
