Responsibilities
* Generate new recruitment business through high-volume outbound calling
* Identify target businesses, decision-makers and new opportunities
* Build and manage a strong, structured sales pipeline
* Secure a minimum of 2 new vacancies per day
* Develop profitable relationships with hiring managers
* Convert prospects into active recruitment clients
* Work closely with recruiters to successfully fill vacancies
* Manage your own diary, call plans, CRM and business development activity
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
* Proven sales background in telecoms/technical sales, advertising/media, outbound call centre, service/contact sales, recruitment or B2B sales
* Experience in solutions-based selling and strong negotiation
* Proven evidence of achieving sales targets
* Confident making high volumes of outbound calls
* Highly organised, resilient, competitive, enthusiastic and money motivated
* Strong character with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
