Description:
A high-growth National Accounting Firm is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the friendly team in Lichfield. You will receive a salary of up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience), uncapped commission and lots of opportunities for career progression.
The hybrid role will involve working from their Lichfield office 2-3 days a week, as well as visiting clients, attending Business and Networking events and working from home. You will support the Senior Leaders in growing fee income for the Lichfield office, with both existing and new clients.
As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Setting appointments for the partners with new prospective clients
Supporting your office with managing their sales pipeline
Attending meetings with prospective clients
Managing the tender/quote process
Actively engaging existing clients in campaigns to upsell additional services
Attending events and exhibitions to represent the firm.
Reporting and record keeping
Using social media to build the brand.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with the following:
Experience in sales, specifically phone sales and lead generation
Proficiency in Microsoft office and familiarity with using a CRM
Strong communication skills
Confidence in attending networking events.
Current UK driving licence.
