Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Worcester
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an established growing business in Worcester.
This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can identify new opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers and drive continued commercial growth.
The Role
* Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
* Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer projects.
* Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions where required.
* Manage sales activity through CRM systems and achieve agreed targets.
About You
* Proven track record of winning new business.
* Experience selling a bespoke, premium or consultative solution is highly desirable.
* Confident dealing with senior decision-makers.
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated.
* Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets.
