Description:
Business Development Executive, Cambuslang, Mobile, Base Salary £35,000 minimum + OTE up to £70,000 & beyond.

Responsibilities
* Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm; Friday, 9am–4pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
* Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, social media, marketing and Glenigan.
* Identify and develop opportunities within the construction industry.
* Arrange and attend client meetings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Manage the sales process from prospecting and pricing through to presenting quotations and proposals.
* Use an in-house pricing application to prepare accurate quotes.
* Work alongside the Senior Sales Manager during initial training.
Requirements
* Previous B2B sales experience within the construction industry.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, results-driven approach.
Desirable:
* Experience selling steel doors, door entry systems or security products
