Description:

Top Recruit is working with a global events company who are hiring a Business Development Manager based in London. This isn't a transactional, high-volume cold calling role, it is a highly strategic, consultative role selling high-value sponsorship packages to C-level executives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hunting and closing new business by mapping out senior stakeholders across global brands.

Taking a deep-dive, consultative approach to understand client marketing goals and building bespoke partnership proposals.

Pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value sponsorship contracts.

Network with clients face-to-face at major live events.

What We Need From You

Successful Sales Track Record of 2-3 years (B2B or B2C)

Education: Degree required. A background or degree in Life Sciences is a huge bonus.

Mindset: You are consultative, ask smart questions, and know how to build value rather than just pushing for a quick close.

What’s In It For You?

Strong base salary + brilliant uncapped commission structure.

Proper, structured sales training and clear paths to promotion.

Dynamic team culture, hybrid working, and great office perks
