UK Wide | Remote / Field Based
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Uncapped Commission & Benefits

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing, family-run business within the waste management and recycling sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building customer relationships and developing long-term commercial opportunities across the UK.
You'll have the freedom to manage your own diary and territory, with an uncapped commission scheme that rewards performance.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and win new business across the UK
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Visit customer sites and understand their requirements
Provide tailored recycling and collection solutions
Manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract win
Work with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
About You
Experience in Business Development or Field Sales
Waste Management, Recycling, Scrap Metal or related industry experience desirable
Proven track record of winning new business
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercially driven and confident with customers
Existing industry contacts advantageous
Full, clean UK driving licence
