Description:
Waites are currently looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales person for a client based in London.
They are quite particular about the type of candidate we are looking for. Ideally, they should have:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
An established network of architects, interior designers and high-end contractors.
A strong database of existing industry contacts.
The ability to generate their own leads, develop relationships and secure new business.
Good knowledge of the high-end construction and interiors market.
Ideally, be based in London or within one hour’s travelling distance, as this would be more practical and economical logistically.
Some estimating experience would be an added advantage.
Our priority is to find someone with the right contacts, experience, and ability to bring new business into the company, rather than simply filling the position.
We are prepared to take our time to find the right person.
