Business Development Manager
Location: Swansea
Salary: Up to £40,000 + OTE (20% comms on all new business)
Aztrum is pleased to be working with a reputable IT & Comms service provider in their search for an established Business Development Manager to join the team in Swansea. This firm delivers SMEs with trusted services including cloud technology, comms, networking & managed IT services across the country & is looking to expand in the South Wales region.
The successful candidate should come from a Sales background, specifically having worked as a BDM for an MSP/VAR & should be knowledgeable around IT technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clientele.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM software.
